Who are TCP?
The TCP Homecare is a healthcare service provider, specialising in ‘direct to patient services’ and facilitating a unique turnkey solution for the delivery of hospital care in the patient’s home. TCP have in excess of 10 years’ experience working with leading pharmaceutical companies and the HSE to deliver optimum patient care in the home.
Our service
TCP Homecare offers just such an alternative facilitating admission avoidance and early discharge of patients from acute hospital beds. TCP Homecare also provides training and education to patients on the self-administration of prescribed treatments in the home setting. We utilize our national footprint of syndicated nurse teams to provide a highly efficient and cost-effective service for our pharmaceutical partners.
